If your beliefs are correct, you shouldn't have to post fake news. There should be enough real news supporting them. So if you post fake news, it means there's insufficient evidence supporting your beliefs.

@MMSattler @levie The biggest problem with this data is that they don’t break out highway vs non highway miles. Also, for control they should compare to the accident rate of similarly priced vehicles, not the entire population.

@kclepley Regardless of what policy, family ties/legacy, etc gets a pilot hired, there are formal training standards that deem a pilot qualified or not. That standard is the same for EVERYONE.

Absolutely. Certifying authorities maintain consistent and rigorous standards for all transport pilots. Becoming a pilot requires great determination. Pilots who overcome structural life barriers (race, gender, socioeconomic status, etc) possess exceptional grit.
