That being said, every action and reaction she and her husband have had since being accused of residing outside the district is exactly what you would expect from someone who lives outside the district.

The corrupt State Bar of Arizona is disbarring conservative attorney Vlad Gagic merely because he loudly objected to RINO MaRICOpa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell doing nothing to halt the prosecution of his client, a black man who was falsely accused of having sex with a minor (the woman recanted her testimony and said it was someone else). I just sat through the mitigation/aggravation hearing. It was a waste of time since everyone knew nothing he said or did would make a difference in the decision to disbar him. The bar's case against him today - which was just a regurgitation of their whole case, disliking his criticism of Mitchell - consisted of stating that he made threats, citing an email he sent them where he called them "cowards and traitors." Huh? How is that a threat? The bar's attorney also said he made "disparaging and demeaning remarks" on social media. Again, that's not a threat, that's called the First Amendment. The attorney said Vlad's "vitriol and hatred toward the judiciary and legal system is staggering." Umm, that's not a violation of attorney ethical rules, in fact, I would argue that a lot of conservatives and conservative attorneys share that opinion. It's called an opinion, it's not a threat and suppressing it violates his constitutional rights. The attorney cited an X post by Vlad where he criticized Mitchell for prosecuting a woman who many believe is innocent. I kid you not. That is how flimsy their case is. He called Vlad "self-serving" and said his statements "erode the publics confidence in the rule of law."
