@dana_klug and I are currently working on a review of validated and pre-validated malaria targets, the @O_S_M team is working on validating the Series 3 target.

In the mean time @macinchem is working on the homology model of PfCA. github.com/OpenSourceMala…. We also have @sa_poulsen and her team working on a crystal structure of the lead bound to HsCAII. Exciting times! #Malaria @O_S_M #OpenSourceDrugDiscovery

Wondering if there are is anyone that can work with us in trying to determine the MoA of @O_S_M S3 lead compound. Recent results suggest that PfCA is a potential target. It would be great if we could get a crystal structure of OSM-S-106 bound to PfCA
