The therapist implies that the reason her mom doesn't want her having sex at fifteen is because her mother is "ignorant" and her culture keeps her that way.🙄

@WallStreetApes The reality is homes in decent areas in LA and surrounding areas are close to $1M, below that you’re looking at condos. To be able to afford something nice in SM with that salary you’d need to slowly build equity and reinvest wisely.

@MNuri39 @KTLA Ours nearly doubled too (S.F.) at the same time our car insurance doubled in mid-2025, but we use the same company for all of it. Back then I thought it was just "us." Like there wasn't a nationwide scheme to raise everyone's insurance.

LAUSD teachers got a deal. Good. Now let's fix the reason they had to strike in the first place. We need to fund our schools, and I'll do that by changing Prop 13 so that corporations pay real estate taxes based on their property's true value, not its value from the 1970s.

@ajalexander944 Well, that is your OPINION. The court system does not regulate public opinion-plenty of trials where people agreed or disagreed with the verdict. Same applies to accusations, no one can dictate when you should believe someone or not. I believe her - see how that works.
