@cyothevile Kinda... Can pick up a decent crt off Craigslist or FB for free or for $50 generally. Heavy sure but beats paying $1500 for a decent OLED and another $500 for a scaler to emulate the same experience.

This is why I said CRTs are going to go the way of the dodo. Theyre being used for video processor references now for when theyre gone.

@ABeerAndAGame @Voultar I've got one and I love it... I'm curious what people are doing with custom builds that they think is better. (I've done a custom build in the past, I get the argument of wanting to tinker yourself but the screen is certainly superior to the one I built years ago)

This is quite cool. HDMI modded N64s are more expensive as is and this has a lot of very cool features including proper region free support (NTSC/PAL is a pain on real HW). I’m very curious about the final output and how it stacks up.
