The GOP isn’t neoconservative. It is and has been *conservative internationalist* w/ Trump’s Jacksonian style. Thats certainly where NatSec leadership is. And if you look at the policies ppl like Cotton, Rogers, McConnell, etc support: they were all embraced by the Trump admin and they brought relative peace. These policies are not “neocon.”

Last, Trump also invested in our defenses and nuclear deterrent. Definitely not a disarmer dove or defeatest. And he took on all the threats simultaneously. He didn’t say “I can’t deal w/ Iran because I am weak and can only deal w/ Xi.” Absurd. Trump dealt w/ multiple threats, was supported by the GOP, and this is not neocon.

@ConsWahoo Standing is kinds unique in that it can be raised at any stage of the litigation because it's part of jurisdiction. Unlike most issues, you can't waive lack of standing so it's not always addressed or even brought up in the lower courts.

I don't care for Supreme Court verdicts that rule "lack of standing". Except in cases of original jurisdiction, presumably several other layers of judiciary had the opportunity to reach this same conclusion and did not. I'd like to see more district and appellate rulings of
