⭕️ Israeli Commission Reviewed 1,800 Hours of Footage for October 7 Rape Report — Never Claimed Any of It Showed a Rape, Electronic Intifada Notes 🔸The new 300-page report on alleged October 7 sexual violence, promoted by CNN and the BBC as a landmark document, analyzed more than 10,000 photographs and video segments totaling over 1,800 hours, “never says that any of those materials depict an actual rape or gang rape in progress,” according to The Electronic Intifada. The finding is consistent with the UN’s own March 2024 review, which found “no tangible indications of rape” in thousands of photos and videos provided by the Israeli government, EI notes. 🔸 EI also flags that among the listed “valued partners” of the Civil Commission — the Israeli-founded body that produced the report — are Microsoft and the government of Canada.
