Jay has a convex position because his primary deficit is awareness, not rejection. @ByronDonalds still has the money, name ID, Trump endorsement, and frontrunner establishment infrastructure, but most of that advantage is already priced in. @JayCollinsFL is still underpriced because many voters don't yet know the story, the record, or the governing contrast. So what we see with Jay is a more asymmetric upside from high quality exposure compared to Donalds who gets hurt from exposure. Though that upside isn't automatic. It requires disciplined repetition, real voter contact, credible contrasts, and these more recent moments that force the race from recognition to comparison. As I keep saying, Donalds wins if the race remains simple/low info. Jay gains every time the race becomes real and more information becomes available. It's incumbent upon those who don't want to see Donalds glide through the primary to ensure its an information race, not a vibes race.
