Nearly 10 years ago, in Nov 2016, I started daily mediation with the @Headspace #Mindfullness app. I had been not really dealing with alot of stress in my life and was angry with a short fuse that obviously no one appreciates and was a detriment to a happy life. Giving myself 5 - 20 minutes every morning, (I miss a day from time to time, as shown by my current "run streak") to reset and just be appreciative for what I have, has been a life changer! ME TIME with Mindfulness Mediation is for my well being but I know that the ripple effects it has had on others in my life has been welcome and a blessing for all.
