@JohnManNotSuper @AesPolitics1 @realKyleKeegan It's a fact that he's a sex offender though. He's a convicted rapist. He also uses awful language to disrespect anyone he wants to, usually women Perhaps you should focus on the facts as you suggest, it might help you grow from a sheep to a shepherd

@AesPolitics1 @realKyleKeegan It is possible to hold leaders accountable without resorting to language that dismisses the dignity of others. I have seen how quickly political insults erode the respect every person deserves. Let's focus on the facts and the merits of our shared civic life.

@Montyburnout123 @ShoooTsw @Telegraph @wesstreeting I don't think this moron will care, he'll be abusing whoever provides care for his moronic self. Leeches who demand world class care at Poundland wages then whine when the only people willing to work for substandard wages aren't locals Absolute muppets

@ShoooTsw @Telegraph @wesstreeting You can give it a go if you want but you might suddenly find all of your healthcare is either substandard and provided by unqualified staff, or you have to pay privately to see the few doctors who remain in the UK.

@LiamHug30729272 @neilorpen @Telegraph @wesstreeting The next time you need an operation or urgent healthcare ask a teacher to provide it Doctors are fed up of subsidising leeches like yourself to get healthcare for free while you delude yourself into believing they're not important. Ask your MP to do your next urgent checkup

@neilorpen @Telegraph @wesstreeting In fairness Neil there are rather more doctors than MPs who will have faced competition to gain their seats. Doctors are no more important than teachers or jobbing solicitors but about barrister level. Most of us well below senior judges.

@Linda_ex_CPH @DrHWazir This is why nurses have the pay and conditions they do Out of touch execs "representing" them that are only interested in dragging all down instead of building all up We support our nursing colleagues to do their jobs, not ours, for better pay Nurses deserve better than Linda

This Labour Government has decided to remove 1,000 potential NHS specialist training jobs because doctors wouldn’t bow down to their terms. Those jobs aren’t just numbers on a spreadsheet. They are the future GPs, surgeons, radiologists, anaesthetists and psychiatrists the public will one day need. Removing them doesn’t just punish doctors. It punishes patients and the NHS. So once again, it’s time to stand together. Join us at St Thomas’ Hospital on 7th April at 8am for the London picket and show Wes Streeting and Keir Starmer that we are not going anywhere. All doctors and members of the public are very welcome! There will also be new exclusive BMA merch at the London picket. Stick together. Strike together. Win together. ✊

@wesstreeting Your disdain for doctors is epitomised by you calling a doctor by their first name in writing, while you expect deference and respect. You have voted to give yourselves a bigger pay rise as MPs than doctors have been offered. You should be utterly ashamed, labour are done

Thanks to this Government resident doctors have already received a 28.9% average pay rise. The deal on offer goes further on pay, and would create more training places - including 1,000 now. The BMA can’t even offer an alternative proposal. I’d urge everyone to read this👇🏻

Lesser trained people doing any work-beyond their training- results in more errors-and slowing down of said work. Fundamentals of workforce. When that 'work' is in a safety critical industry- say aviation- it needs tight checks regards regulation & assesment of said training. Another fundamentals of workforce. Now- as a policy- we may choose to ignore those philosophies in healthcare- based on vibes, hubris or conflicts of interest. But don't act surprised when there are issues of safety or productivity. Then again, I am not a workforce expert.

@horrifiedofhh @Shr_Nottingham @TheBMA There's no market here, many services aren't provided except via NHS in the current monopoly model The market is prepared to pay more in countries that respect experts which is why doctors leave for countries where the population isn't as ignorant You're embarrassing yourself

@horrifiedofhh @Shr_Nottingham @TheBMA Data is widely available. Guilting a workforce into working for less than they're worth only works when a workforce doesn't know their own worth, doctors in the UK are waking up now to how ungrateful the politicians and general public are. Good luck to you and your thesaurus 😂

@MagnificoPedro @Shr_Nottingham @TheBMA Goodness for fear of embarrassing yourself further, the comment was ironic. In explanation for the thick, irony is reality mocking your arrogant assumptions. The point I was making was that NHS doctors are only claiming they are going to move to Australia. Very few actually are.

@horrifiedofhh @Shr_Nottingham @TheBMA So your response to the NHS being a monopoly employer in the UK, is that UK doctors are moving to Australia where they are paid and treated better? Perhaps you should think before posting further, for fear of further embarrassing yourself, if that's possible

@MagnificoPedro @Shr_Nottingham @TheBMA The NHS is not a monopoly employer. X is full of comments from doctors about how they are going to leave and work in Australia, apparently, or work privately in the UK. Australian doctors must be very upset at the numbers arriving there. Doctors should study economics.

@horrifiedofhh @Shr_Nottingham @TheBMA Doctors would be happy to have a monopoly abusive employer scrapped and for gen public to realise how good they've had it for decades once it all goes private and health staff can set prices that are competitive Gen public largely insufficiently perspicacious to understand this

@Shr_Nottingham Meh. We are several years behind the USA where you rarely see doctors for routine care anymore. Why? Because they have priced themselves out of the market. Most doctors are insufficiently perspicacious to understand that the @TheBMA are doing the same for NHS doctors.
