@amazonIN @amazon Some of your delivery partners as well as merchants are not reliable. After placing orders they are delivering incomplete orders. Products are being thrown inside the houses of consumers. When called at Amazon call centre they did not provide any resolution

As a corporate customer purchased microwave oven from @SamsungIndia web site. Just due to one wrong digit in Primary mobile number while placing order, product was not getting delivered due to OTP issue. Though address and alternate number was correct. Advance payment done.
