@airfrance and its pathetic baggage handling has caused immense stress to me and my family. A trip from Boston to Mumbai which was supposed to be memorable has been in shambles!

Since 12th May 2022, I've been talking to the @AirFranceIN baggage team in Mumbai about my lost baggage. From their response, it looks like the baggage team is unable to contact the @CDGAirport or even raise this concern to their managers.
