Since 12th May I have been following up with @airfrance but all my efforts have been futile. Biggest mistake and worst booking experience with @makemytrip @Delta @AirFranceIN . I've mentioned the details in the below thread.

It has been 60 days and still @airfrance has not been able to locate my bag. Even with the technological advancement they haven't been able to trace down the bag. Really disappointed by their service. Please don't travel by Airfrance #Airfrancelostbaggage #boycottairfrance

@airfrance and its pathetic baggage handling has caused immense stress to me and my family. A trip from Boston to Mumbai which was supposed to be memorable has been in shambles!

@bakingnatural @airfrance So sorry to hear about your situation. I've been waiting since 12 th May, but @airfrance has not responded either to my tweets or calls. All they say is keep patience. I don't know what kind of ancient baggage tracking system does Airfrance have.

Since 12th May 2022, I've been talking to the @AirFranceIN baggage team in Mumbai about my lost baggage. From their response, it looks like the baggage team is unable to contact the @CDGAirport or even raise this concern to their managers.

Please stop allowing connecting flights to fly @KLM when you know that luggage will likely go missing. Your CEO has issued a public apology but you still continue to allow people to fly everyday knowing that their luggage will probably get lost and you’ll do nothing about it
