@kevinki16180099 I’m not sure farmland will drop but I think it will stay put for a while. Kinda like the early 2000s

Very good listen . Thinking it also applies to farmland

.@JonFlynnREstats says what we saw in 2021 and 2022 in the real estate market wasn’t normal and that we’re likely heading back to slower, flatter prices. Do you agree?

My current retirement plan. 😂 Don’t laugh, they are way faster than a lot of the youngsters today. These guys are still out there doing what they can. This country needs another generation with this kind of grit!

When fields are frozen, the work continues. Farmers plan, researchers test, truck drivers move food, and greenhouses keep growing. Behind every meal are thousands of hands working together. Thank you to everyone in agriculture and agrifood who keeps Canada fed. #CdnAgDay

🚨 Liberal cash grab alert 🚨 You own a boat or pleasure craft, it’s gonna cost you more ! Liberals have just implemented • new and renewed pleasure craft licences will only be valid for five years • current lifetime licences will be gradually replaced with licences that must be renewed every five years. • a $24 service fee will apply to issuing, renewing, transferring, or replacing a Pleasure Craft Licence. This fee will be updated annually for inflation • licence holders must now update their information within 30 days of a change in their name or address, instead of the previous 90 days.

I see it more as an experience issue. Guys sitting in their University offices telling people how things should be vs the guys with their boots on the ground living the way it actually works. On paper letting the US producers flood our market looks like an easy way for Wilma to save $28.00 per week feeding her kids. But it will ruin rural Canada as we know it.

Today, Rabobank warns of abundant global milk supply in 2025, pushing dairy and farm-gate prices down well into 2026. Most of the world will see cheaper milk. Canada, meanwhile, will do what it does best: use supply management to make milk more expensive.

@Shawridgefarm @tybrodylogan @robertreese_4 I run a Sukup and was trying to wrap my head around the drying by temp. I know all the new systems are going this way. I just wonder y when we want to be at 15.5% temp doesn’t matter. 🤷🏼‍♂️. I drop hot corn at 17.5 the next day it’s 15.3-15.5 in the bin.

@tybrodylogan @robertreese_4 Agreed. Get to know where the AMC temp needs to be and carry on. Drying is a game of averaging. We updated our Brock to new moisture sensor setup and it does hold very close to calibration but I will still only dry on grain temp and use moisture sensor more as verification.

New to us Dryer came with quantum controller. We put a new moisture sensor on the outlet. We cannot keep it calibrated. It’s either three points high or three points too low. Like the idea of running on automatic. But these swings are getting aggravating. Any suggestions?
