I live in Florida - my AC has been broken since 3/14 and the rental company @MainStRenewal has been out here twice “fixing” it - last time was Friday 3/27 and it broke 3/28 - I pay almost $2k a month in rent and my house is 85-90 degrees. It’s going to be hotter next week. Instead of sending out an actual AC company they are sending yet another technician on the 31st - I have chronic respiratory problems made worse this time of the year with pollen - so opening windows is making my breathing problems worse. Not to mention being in the hot air. This should be illegal for a rental company not to fix this problem. @GovRonDeSantis @AGJamesUthmeier

After 5 MONTHS at $2150 a month rent to @MainStRenewal who sent a crew to rip out minimal water damage and NEVER followed up I finally have a dining room I can use. They hired the cheapest repair people possible. Outlets broken, blinds broken, but hey it’s better?
