@DirectAutoIns I’m not pleased with mediocre business practices. Direct charges $237.95 to my card, paying for someone else’s policy. I have to wait to get my money in 24/48 hours. It took weeks for my policy discounts, to be applied, but I gotta pay original quote first.Unfair!
