@MajorByDesign @breezeline To cancel Breezeline (who has blocked me), call their "Retention" department at 866-731-6393. They're not open 24/7, but when they are you might get a human in a few minutes rather than the multiple hours it usually takes with them.

@breezeline @WOWcare Unless we have contact and action steps to a solution, you're losing a Columbus, OH customer as soon as your retention department opens on Monday. 2 missed appts in 2 weeks to bury a cable after a new install is not okay.

@breezeline Yup, we did that. Cable is still above ground, your techs missed 2 scheduled appointments, and your customer service - contacted using info at the link provided - has no record of contact since 8/20. Now what?

@WOWCare We've reached out to all points of contact for Breezeline customer service with our issue, but after 2 missed appts in 2 wks & no record of contact since 8/20 (after multiple convos), Breezeline appears to be losing track of our issue :( Do you know of anything else we can do?

@WOWCare Have an unburied cable from installation last week in Columbus, OH. A few days later, another tech came out and marked the ground, & we were told someone would be out to bury it today between 2-4p EST.

@Squarepainter Inkscape is the best free & open source alternative, but might require a lot of configuration to get a comparable setup to what you're used to in Illustrator. Documentation is very thorough and any issue you come across can be solved: inkscape.org ...
