Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality. There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it! I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America. McFarlane is liked and respected by the players so no real issue that he stays on. He will help Alonso with information on behind scenes issues as he has been there to see it first hand. As a coach he has had two very close games with Liverpool and City. Also seen as a bridge for the younger players. Not sure why people are complaining.

Thinking about Delap, it’s crazy how invisible he looks whenever he comes on. Even strikers people call flops usually create chances for themselves and at least give defenders problems but miss chances. With Delap, defenders barely seem worried at all.
