Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has long posed a threat to citizens here in Britain. My parliamentary colleagues and I have repeatedly called for the proscription of this dangerous terrorist organisation. Today's horrific antisemitic attack on ambulances in North London, if it is proven to be linked to the IRGC, should be a much-needed wake-up call for the Government. The message to the Government is clear. Proscribe the IRGC now. Protect British citizens. bbc.co.uk/news/live/czj1…

@BenKentish Its just shite. Labour embolden one section of society (muslim) because they bloc vote at the cost of another member (Jewish) because, & and do believe this, there aren't as many votes in it if they defend the Jewesh community in the same way. UK is in a pitiful state of affairs

So many of our politicians just want to “stand with” the Jewish community, as if it’s Jewish people’s job to lead the fight against antisemitism. But it’s not - it’s theirs. And they’re failing miserably at it.

I am contributing - I’m calling out an error, because although I don’t know this lady - she has stated that her mother is both an immigrant, and proud to be British… I don’t believe her mother is British. Clearly she proudly participates in our culture. Presumably she’s Filipino (an amazing culture and people by the way, superior to ours in many ways). It’s not bad to be a foreigner - Filipinos are the best foreigners going. But they are not British - passport or no passport?

My mother is an immigrant. But she integrated. She came to Britain for a better life and spends every day repaying this country for all it has given her. She speaks English, works, pays taxes, got her citizenship, and is proud to be British. She hates the hoards of Islamists and illegal migrants who come to Britain with no intention of contributing to society. She loathes the displays of cultural domination. She abhors the idea of demanding that native society alter its culture and practices for the sake of “inclusivity” while those who demand it refuse to do the same. It isn’t “inclusive” when 30,000 Muslims take over the streets to hold a public prayer demonstration. They aren’t including. They are dominating. And it is foolish to suggest that their intention is anything besides domination. If they truly wanted inclusivity, they would not be calling the police on Christian preachers and demanding they be removed from “their communities”. If they truly wanted to co-exist, their leaders wouldn’t be holding rallies telling their followers that they will take over Britain and enforce the singular rule of Allah. If they truly wanted peace, they wouldn’t chant “Death to Britain!” and burn our flags while threatening to rape and kill our wives and daughters. My mother followed the law. My mother loves Britain. They don’t. They don’t want to speak English. They don’t want to get a job. They don’t want to integrate. They don’t want to contribute to our economy. They don’t want to follow British customs and rules. It isn’t racist to call out the blatant danger of radical Islam. It isn’t far-Right to want to protect our girls from child marriage and grooming gangs. It isn’t wrong to call a spade a spade. My immigrant mother taught me many things, most importantly: If you emigrate, you integrate. Radical Islam has no place in civilised society, and we are allowed to call out the people who seek to destroy and dominate us.

My dear Deborah, Good evening. What a charmingly selective display of compassion. How wonderfully virtuous of you to rush to the defence of Rachel Reeves and this government’s latest round of energy subsidies, calling it a simple “human thing to do” while urging us all to press on with the glorious march toward renewables. One must admire the grace with which you sidestep the bleeding elephant in the room. I see you quite clearly, my dear. The polished Dragon who understands markets and money so well, yet somehow fails to grasp that the very “energy vulnerability” you lament was not inflicted by nature or the previous government, it was deliberately engineered by Ed Miliband, Rachel Reeves, Keir Starmer and the entire establishment cult of which you are such a willing cheerleader. They banned new North Sea exploration. They strangled nuclear development. They worshipped at the altar of unreliable wind and solar while turning Britain into the country with the highest energy prices in Europe. Now, when the inevitable crisis hits and families are choosing between heating and eating, you suggest we simply throw more taxpayer money at the symptoms and double down on the very policies that caused the disease. How exquisitely convenient, you old posh cunt. The British people are waking up to the fact that this government has not made us energy secure, it has made us hostages. Hostages to foreign gas, to the weather, and to Chinese solar panels. The mask has slipped completely, Deborah. The reckoning is coming. Sleep lightly. Britain First. No Surrender. 🦁🇬🇧
Deborah Meaden 🇺🇦@DeborahMeaden

Interesting read and clear example of the shocks we face due to our energy vulnerability… there will be many jumping to blame Rachel Reeves and the Govt willingness to help out those most vulnerable to price hikes … personally I think it a human thing to do and then get on with the drive towards renewables so we control our own energy.

Listening to @ayeshahazarika - I simply do not get why Muslims praying quietly, in public, to celebrate the end of Eid/Bayram should cause any offence. Good on the Rabbi who joined in the ceremony - we should be proud of our diverse community, especially when wholly peaceful

Sadiq Khan says Christians should love their Muslim neighbours in response to everyone criticising Trafalgar Square being shut down. If my neighbour shut down my local park to play extremely loud prayer music in the evening, despite having multiple places of worship nearby, I can’t say I’d have much love for that.
