@NABO_Official Liveaboard boaters have a legal right to navigate & live aboard under the BW Act 1995. If smoke control rules make it impractical to heat a boat, they’re effectively undermining that right. You can’t claim boats are homes in one law, then ignore that reality in another.

@NABO_Official If parliment had meant to include boats it would have stated it in the legislation which is clearly aimed at houses/factories/fixed premises. Plus, if you're CCing, you won't be moored up long enough to bother the council.
