@EFL @SkyBet Help me out why are semi finals played over 2 legs, with finals play as one game ? why do they give a trophy to the play off winners ?, some who finish as low as 7th in the league. Just does my head in.

Hi @British_Airways My wife & I are returning from holiday in May, flying Rio to London. We have already paid to upgrade to Premium Economy. Is it fair to want to charge us £100 EACH to choose our seats so we can sit next to each other! ?

@aimeedimarco @British_Airways This is a tactic of @British_Airways to extract more money from overpaying customers. Scaring them in to paying for seats, by splitting up people on same booking.

This is the seat map of where @British_Airways has placed our family… 8 year old in the emergency exit row, 10 year old alone… no help from customer service or ground crew… wishing strong thoughts to the poor crew and passengers sitting next to our kids 🤣

@British_Airways @tvproduceruk BA deliberately split up families, so that they think next time the family will pay for seating. very poor customer service. For my next trip to Europe we are not going to GB do we don't have to fly BA.

@tvproduceruk Hi there, you can choose your seat for free from 24 hours before departure when check-in online opens. If you wish to select a seat prior to this, then applicable charges would apply. We do advise this during the initial booking process and at all times online. 1/2

I don't use @British_Airways very often, but I'm booked on a #ClubEurope flight next month. I knew their short-haul 'business class' product uses Economy seats, gives you Fast Track & a lounge but I wasn't prepared to PAY £35 each way to reserve a bloody seat! Ridiculous.
