@SebastianEPayne I think the jury is out, but unlikely to be less academic focus with the report card. One of its merits, as seen by govt, is that it will allow a brighter light on this aspect of schools than fuzzy Ofstd outcomes. The sector would be stupid not to think about flexible working.

Spent the whole morning removing and replacing a toilet seat that had ridiculous crappy plastic fittings underneath that couldn’t be gripped upon. Needless to say, my ‘O’ level in Latin was of no use at all in proceedings.
