That is correct, Chris. the carry-on baggage policy is the same for all passengers, regardless of their booking class. For checked baggage, however, your Free Baggage Allowance (FBA) differs by cabin class. For Business Class passengers traveling from Narita, your FBA is 2 pieces, each weighing up to 32kg (70lbs).
