@MandSIndia terrible service. Inspite to calling the customer service team they do nothing to have the order delivered on time. The logistics team cancels the order and M and S says they have no direct contact with the logistics team. That’s unacceptable. Pathetic.

@MandSIndia Bad experience at Santacruz West Store of Marks & Spencer they asked me to search app for their T shirts searched using their staffs help over M&S app I found t shirts I was looking returned home tried again their T shirts Had Gone how Dey fool the customers!!
