David Beckham furious over Thomas Tuchel leaving experienced stars out of England’s World Cup squad: 🗣️ “I’m shocked, honestly shocked. You cannot tell me some of England’s most experienced players suddenly became useless because of a few months of bad form. Thomas Tuchel is making a dangerous mistake if he thinks talent and mentality disappear overnight. World Cups are not won only with players in good club form. They are won with leaders, personalities, players who understand pressure when an entire nation is watching. Some of the names left out carried England national football team through difficult moments for years. They know what it means to fight for that badge. You don’t throw away experience because social media wants fresh names every week. When things become difficult in knockout football, you look around the dressing room for warriors, not just players having one good season. For me, leaving some of those players out is disrespectful to everything they’ve given England. And if England fails at the World Cup, people will remember these decisions.”

Hockey is the sport of soccer perfected Soccer pitches are too large and spaced out for any meaningful action besides ENDLESS passing back and forth. Hockey reduces the field of play almost by half to 200feet Soccer is slow and tedious. Hockey puts players on skates so they can fly around at peak human sprint speeds (20+ mph) Soccer is a highly pussified sport, even the most minor contact is penalized and players flop constantly. Hockey has a tradition of stopping play so that players can fistfight till one or both hit the ice, face minor penalties or power plays (which are part of game strategy) and play resumes Soccer is painfully low scoring, with minimal shots on goal in an entire game. Hockey is higher scoring with far more turnovers/breakaways/shots in a single 20 minute period than in most entire 60 minute+ soccer matches. Soccer can end in a 0-0 tie. Hockey keeps playing past regulation sudden death (and in some cases shootouts) until a winner is decided. The moment hockey (superior sport for White men) was invented, we didn’t need soccer (faggot sport for poor third-world nigs) anymore.

@joeroganhq That's the reason why SportScience, aired on ESPN years ago, was such a great segment. It educated the uninitiated on a sport and gave them an appreciation of the athletic talent required to excel in it. Mr White is merely exposing a worrying lack of intellect curiosity.

Ireland is an antisemitic nation that seeks to boycott Jewish goods. And no - it is not about human rights. China one of the world's worst abusers of human rights is one of Ireland's largest trading partners - with no move to boycott them. So Ireland is antisemitic. Pass it on

As an Iranian, my heart is broken. Torn into pieces. For the first time in 47 years, President Trump gave us hope and did what no American president before him was willing to do—Only to leave us more devastated than all of his predecessors. At least they never pretended to care. At least they didn’t use the people who gave their lives for freedom as pawns in a political game. I genuinely cannot think of anything more cruel.

President Trump is the ONLY one who could have gotten Iran — the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism — to the negotiating table. We are greatly encouraged to learn a PEACE DEAL in Iran is underway — and look forward to learning more about the specifics. Under President Trump’s leadership, our nation is stronger, more respected on the global stage, and safer than ever before.

I used to only read about it growing up as a Zambian kid, but seeing how angry people get about the number of Black players in the English and American squads reflects what many of us experience as dark-skinned people in corporate spaces too. They often pretend otherwise, but many genuinely struggle to believe that a Black man can be talented, articulate, educated, fashionable, well-mannered, and graceful. It drives them crazy. You have to literally experience it in real time. It leaves me speechless each day.

Harry Maguire, who is English and Northern Irish… … has been demographically replaced in the England World Cup team by an African named ‘Addji Keaninkin Marc-Israel Guéh’ born in Ivory Coast. What’s the point in a ‘national’ football team if someone who is NOT from that nation can join? Maguire should play for England. Guéh should play for Ivory Coast. Common sense. I’m sure Maguire isn’t even allowed to contest this decision because, as his shirt says in the photo below, ‘no room for racism’.

@senatorbabet Taxes pay for the environment that allowed you to create that value. There will always be those that take advantage of the system; inevitable. Arguably, an acceptable price to pay for the benefit derived by the majority. Something's got to give.

Capital gains tax shouldn’t exist. I risk my money. I build the business. I make the investment. I do the work. I take the risk. So why the hell should the government take a cut of my success? They risk nothing. They create nothing. They just take. Parasites. F’en parasites.

BREAKING: Trump SEETHES as Democratic candidate defeats Republican plant in major Senate primary…and then announces she’s dropping out of the race! Yep, you read that right! In one of the most bizarre political sagas in recent memory, Democratic candidate Cindy Burbank celebrated her win over anti-abortion Republican plant William Forbes by announcing she'll be dropping out of the race! Recognizing that flipping the Senate seat held by Republican Pete Ricketts is the only thing that matters, Burbank is clearing the way for Dan Osborn, a populist Berniecrat-style independent union leader, to take on the MAGA millionaire one-on-one. “I don’t wanna split the ballot,” Burbank told The New York Times via text message after her win. “I have no expectations of being able to win in November.” A recent poll from Tavern Research firm showed Osborn beating Ricketts by five points. It may seem counterintuitive, but removing the (D) from the ballot might be the only way to win in deep-red Nebraska, and Osborn is the LAST person that Trump and the GOP want to see in the Senate. We need more politicians like Cindy Burbank, who are willing to put the needs of our country and her people over her personal ambitions. Thank you Cindy! Let’s go, Dan Osborn! We dream of a blue Senate in 2027!
