@MaplesTony Brown 1lb of sausage and leave in pan. Scramble 12-16egs and 1-2tbsp yellow mustard or Dijion mustard. Pour eggs over sausage and cook. Stir in sharp cheddar cheese 🤌🏼

@BrandonLansdown I roast coffee as well and once I got it dialed in it has been difficult to enjoy most others.

I haven’t roasted any coffee in a while. I was recently gifted some world-famous overpriced Kona coffee direct from Hawaii. Brewed it. Tasted it. It was just okay. Conclusion: I need to get back to roasting my own coffee.

@MaplesTony @Fish4Fun3 We are going to the homestead festival on June 5-6, & will have a booth and will need help with our kids. Trying to see find a someone local who we buy ticket for and pay them to they help us with the little and they can learn about homesteading, like maybe a teen girl.
