@ptuomov @Mayhem4Markets Can anyone on X read? This isn't depreciation. It's paying the CEO tens of millions of dollars to fly on his own aircraft.

from the WSJ Free Expressions column, a summary of the candidates for CA Governor, states: "followed by consumer protection advocate Tom Steyer at 10%." "Hypocritical billionaire dilletante Tom Steyer.." FTFY.

@HPluckrose Nothing bad needs to happen to anyone to see that sex as a household duty is sexual abuse. There is legislation against marital rape for a reason. I'm 47, I didn't use internet for 30 years, I have an outside life 🙄

Nah, buying milk doesn't make women happy either. I'm talking about something that commonly makes women happy and is a treat but which men commonly find a chore but which they do anyway because they like women to be happy. Retail therapy. 1/

@maxwelltani @semafor We will hire lots of writers and reporters from WaPo and Politico, but they won’t suck at their jobs as much as they do now.

As we first reported in last night's @semafor media newsletter, NOTUS is rebranding/dramatically expanding. In a memo to staff this morning, the organization said it plans to "launch this new version of NOTUS under a new name" and double staff from 50 to 100.

@BoringBiz_ Private equity helps to develop capital. Capital leads to economic growth. Economic growth is the only thing in the history of the world that can reduce poverty without reducing freedom.

@twittytwister35 @Bubblebathgirl Ok, thanks for helping by not answering the question. It's amazing that right-wing conversation is them pretending to know the answer, and then just smugly acting like they're better than you by not answering questions because they actually can't.

Renewables are now the cheapest form of energy in electricity generation. People who claim otherwise still think it’s 2010…

The cynics who say 'there is no such thing as international law' are confused. Much of international law consists of treaties signed by the US. Per the Constitution, treaties are the supreme law of the United States. International law is not liberal wishful thinking it’s US law.
