One of the best half hours I’ve seen from a #hcafc side in years. Superb from back to the front. Excellent performances all over. Giles like a body transplant compared to last season. Miller’s return an enormous boost. Crooks is a joy to watch battering around. All without McB!

@niallmcglone @bazdjcooper Worryingly poor. Triple sub tells you all you need to know. Drameh was abysmal. Amir a bit unlucky to come off but they’ve got to do something.

@TigerBitez1904 All true. Just don’t understand how, after a decent run and with less pressure than the Cardiff or Plymouth games, and after such a bright start, they laboured so much. Just need the season to be over now.

@MarcusDysch Let's be fair they've only lost in 6 now and managed the game on Saturday very well. They're improving by being difficult to beat, and that's what they need to be down there

This is such garbage. Aside from Gelhardt the players are so casual you’d never believe they’re in a relegation battle. No creativity, very little urgency. Hardly surprising the atmosphere is morgue-like. Absolutely painful to watch. #hcafc

Maybe the players are just exhausted after a long season but the sheer sloppiness of this performance, the inability to manage a game, to perform consistently etc… find it astounding. And yet… funny old game. #hcafc

He deserves that Gelhardt - only one busting a gut to keep us up - and he’s only on loan… #hcafc #lufc

This is painful to watch from #hcafc. Almost totally dominant and yet posing no threat. No penetration. No ingenuity. No atmosphere. Working hard and yet for what? Arguably worse than last Tuesday. Grim. @bazdjcooper @bbcburnsy

JWS shouldn’t have kept his job after the fabrication fiasco of last autumn. And now he hasn’t. Hopefully signals a return to the JC aligning itself with the views of the mainstream Jewish community, but that might be asking a lot…

Specially for @DavidLammy and @FCDOGovUK - this is Emily - the British citizen you didn’t protect whilst she was a hostage. The one you didn’t introduce a UN motion about. The one you mentioned 3 times in 471 days - each time in response to a question from another MP.

Pedro been an increasing threat. That was a hell of a finish. Finally some reward for a decent spell. #hcafc

This is dire beyond words. Hard to see any coming back from this - and I don’t just mean this afternoon. Could get very ugly for Walter at the KCOM in the next hour. And deservedly so. #hcafc

Watching City this season is the most bizarre experience. Sunday League one minute, world beaters the next. Are you not entertained @acunilicali? Not sure my blood pressure can take it… #hcafc

Devastated to see what is happening at the newspaper I served with dedication for a decade alongside wonderful colleagues. Direction of past few years has raised eyebrows - but this fiasco is on a new level. Not sure how an editor survives such disgrace; credibility shot to bits

So troubling to see what’s happened to the JC under @JakeWSimons’s editorship. A steady exodus of highly respected columnists - starting with @joshglancy last October, now @Freedland @HadleyFreeman @DAaronovitch @AnshelPfeffer. The British Jewish community - whose Zionism has always been pluralistic - is badly served by secret ownership, dodgy reporting, and knee-jerk partisanship.

Asking this #hcafc team to pass it out from the back appears to be like asking a fish to ride a bike.

In the same way as this film, there is statistically at least one Bar Mitzvah kid in the UK whose party on Sunday evening is going to be absolutely ruined, and I do feel sorry for them.

That's a very solid speech outside No 10 from Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Maybe this is what the country needs, leadership that is dull but potentially steely? Less noise. More action. The government has got a massive challenge ahead - the whole country needs it to succeed.
