So disappointed in @sainsburys food to go. Ordered a buffet week in advance for an 18th birthday party and when I went to collect main part of buffet missing and no one said a word! Very disappointed 18 year old!

@MariaEl37519248 We are afraid that purchases made through third party delivery companies don't quality for Subway Rewards® points. The reason being is that our terms and conditions state that the card/app must be physically scanned at the point of purchase to collect points.

@easyJet I might need to cancel my booking, I made it last night and will know if I need to cancel later today. I will be cancelling within 24 hours so says I can do it but can not see the link - how do I cancel? Customer services might be shut so better to do online.
