I wish chicken breast tasted better. I have no idea how you're all cooking it without it getting dry or chewy. Tips? I tend to skip it and cook thighs instead, but I need to up my protein.

Jan Cees. Met verdriet heb ik je twitter gelezen. In gedachten bij mijn dochter. 🕯️ Er valt nog zoveel te verbeteren in Nederland als het over depressie, stemmingswisselingen, borderline, en vaak het definitieve besluit #zelfdoding gaat. We zochten hulp maar het was normaal dat ouders ongerust zijn over een kind vertelde men ons. Men had zich vergist vertelde ze ons 14 dagen later………..

Vandaag zes jaar geleden stapte je bewust uit je indrukwekkende leven. Deze foto is genomen op de trouwdag van Lisa en Pieter. Twee uur later namen we afscheid bij treinstation Harderwijk. Daar brachten we je naar toe. Je ging wekenlange mooie trip naar Canada maken. Ons laatste gesprek laatste kus laatste goede reis. Onze afspraak voor ons bijpraat etentje eind oktober is er niet meer van gekomen.

Since starting ketogenic therapies in our home which led to complete remission of treatment resistant bipolar disorder in our youngest daughter, we have been met with complete disbelief and everyone’s fear for our cholesterol.
