The @DeptVetAffairs VA ER in Loma Linda, CA is staffed w majority male veterans & I just watched 21 patients get checked in, vitaled, triaged & staged in >40 min. All healthcare personnel need to go thru military boot camp for lessons in no nonsense effective skills training.
