Step 1 - Rage bait extremist views combined with orthodox aesthetics on social media Step 2 - Radicalize followers by teaching misogyny, anti-semitism and fascism are biblical and justified Step 3 - Create a crisis that can only be solved by "true" followers of Jesus Step 4 - Create private platforms (Discord, etc) to recruit potential candidates to that can be further radicalized. Step 5 - Turn up the doom, nihilism, sense of urgency and calls to planning and action. Step 6 - Take profits from social media content monetization and YouTube monetization to expand the pipeline. Step 7 - Engage new recruits to start step 1. I feel like I've seen this play out outside of the ROCOR... 🤔

**I left out the part where they make demands of the Church and run pressure campaigns against the Church (and any clergy that disagrees with them) using threats of boycott, mass migrating, withholding tithing, etc., to get what they want (furthering extremist agenda).

Trial delayed as mom pleads guilty and flips on co-defendants In Bibb County, Alabama, eight suspects ran a sex trafficking ring out of an underground bunker where children as young as 3 were drugged, bound, and raped with adults paying to abuse them. Animals were also targeted. Rebecca Brewer and mother of some of the victims, pleaded guilty to sexual torture and nine counts of first-degree kidnapping. As part of the deal she agreed to testify against the other seven defendants. The trial for the remaining suspects has been delayed while the case expands, including a federal investigation into at least one of them. These monsters turned their own kids and pets into victims for profit. How long will it take for every last one of them to face real justice?

3 women converted entire countries in the early church and were recognized with the title "Isapostolos" (Equal to the Apostles). Your church is appropriating scripture that was written for churches that had problems with converts that were from female goddess worshiping cult. In Ephesus, they worshiped the god of goddess of fertility, Artemis and in Corinth they worship the goddess of beauty and sex, Aphrodite. I'm guessing the women and girls in your church are not worshiping these goddesses. Paul's authority extended to his churches (Gentile) and did not have the authority to unilaterally make rules for the whole church. I think your church sees what it wants to see. I no longer consider it Christian. The rejection of the Niacene Creed, electing a President that calls a legitimate sex abuse problem a hoax and now eliminating the very women that could provide pastoral care to sex abusive victims or be the person a victim would feel comfortable reporting to. There's nothing Christ-like about these recent events.

Correct. The Bible must be taught. Jesus did not travel with scribes and start a scroll factory. He taught and created a teaching community. He also intentionally kept His Messianic identity and miracles quiet (no documentation) until the right time, and left mysteries that would only make sense later, after the Resurrection through the Holy Spirit. The gospels state this several times. Jesus also said the Holy Spirit would help them remember and his final command was to TEACH, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations.. teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:20). So while the Bible is the Word of God, it must be taught correctly. Which is why Apostolic succession and tradition matter.

I love all Mormons. They've been a part of my life for most of my life. We know you love Jesus and you are taught to love Jesus. But Joseph Smith is standing in between you and Jesus. I would encourage you to get this bible.wordonfire.org study Bible and start attending orthodox Christian churches like Eastern Orthodox, Roman Catholic, and Anglican. Give yourself 3 to 6 months for dense learning of the Gospels. You want to learn from churches that teach what the apostles taught their own churches and also be able to learn from tradition, history, anthropology, etc. After the Gospels, if you want to try a Protestant church, I think it would be safe to do so then. But given the contrast between orthodox Christianity and what I've learned about your faith over 30+ years I think it's best for you to start with orthodox learning. Let me know if I can help.
