@AmazonHelp I am not sure this is true. Becuase the agent yesterday told me they will ship it to me today. And today the agent said there is a technical error. So everyone says something different
@AmazonHelp It was supposed to be last week on Tuesday, 26th of March. It is now 8 days later and they keep asking me to be patient. This is not acceptable. They should at least tell me when they will ship it or request a new order for the same price. I cannot believe this is Amazon!!
@AmazonHelp I did receive an email from you, but what they are saying that they don’t know when they will ship my item, therefore I am telling you it was not helpful.
@AmazonHelp I received an email and what they are suggesting is not helpful. they don’t know when this will be shipped. I have been already waiting for 15 days and you are telling me to be patient!! Maybe your company should do their job and ship my order rather than asking me to be patient
@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp, @amazonDE@JeffBezos, Amazon has been so unhelpful and after 15 days of placing my order, they are telling me: I am afraid we don’t know when your item will be shipped. Very disappointing…

@MarielaShaker Hi! We are sorry to hear that we weren't able to ship your order, yet. May we ask which estimated delivery date is currently shown, when you check the order via amzn.to/DEYourOrders. You can get back to us via DM, but please don't share any sensitive info there. -Martin twitter.com/messages/compo…
@AmazonHelp Thank you for your reply, the order was supposed to be delivered last week on Tuesday. Every single day I am speaking with your agents and they always come up with a new story for not being able to ship, such as there is a technical error, or not able to source it…etc..
I am so excited to perform and speak tomorrow at the World Performing Arts Center in Boca Raton. Thank you so much, Lynn University, for this kind invitation. Riyad and I will be giving a concert after the talk. I look forward to seeing many colleagues and meeting new people.
I am thrilled and honored to have had the opportunity to perform a recital and give a keynote talk at Iowa State University. It was also wonderful to see Dr. Simon and Dr. Stacy Cordery, who touched me with their support and kindness.

- Syrian violinist @MarielaShaker at #WorldRefugeeDay in U.S.
Tonight we marked #WorldRefugeeDay in DC by listening to Syrian violinist @MarielaShaker. Her moving concert raised awareness of the enduring hardship faced by refugees across the globe. Congrats to @UNHCRUSA and @kencen for highlighting such a poignant theme so beautifully.
Spent yesterday evening at @kencen at a concert by the incredibly talented violinist & refugee advocate @MarielaShaker & the amazing pianist @RiyadNicolas. Beautiful way to celebrate refugees’ resilience. #WithRefugees
Tomorrow is the day!! The concert is sold out at the Kennedy Center Website. Please get in touch with me if you would like to attend and you still don’t have your ticket.
