The average person eats about 1-1.2 lbs per meal, assuming they have 3 meals a day that makes 3-3.6 lbs per day So these 140 people will themselves eat 420-500 lbs of food every day they're there. So they just basically brought enough food for themselves for 12 days of holiday.

Today I$rael tried to kill me in a targeted airstrike in southern Lebanon as I was reporting on was the targeting of bridges and the forced displacement of 1 million people, an ethnic cleansing operation on a larger scale than the Nakba I have absolutely no doubt that this was deliberate. Despite claims there were no warnings ahead of the strike and no notifications sent to the Lebanese Army who allowed us to film As we have seen in Gaza they want to silence journalists who document and report their war crimes It is the western powers who provide political and military support for I$rael, arming it to the teeth to carry out genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing here in Lebanon. They are not simply complicit, but active participants and should be held accountable for their actions. But if I$rael thinks today’s strike will silence us and keep us out of the field they are very, very mistaken

How many times over the decades has Dublin, rather than Geneva, been the place where peace talks take place? There is a price to be paid when heads of state harbour delusions of grandeur and parrot them publicly. That price could well be paid tomorrow in the White House if a journalist asks the Taoiseach about the President's comments.

#TammunMassacre Khaled and Mustafa Odeh, aged 11 and 8, were left orphans after the Israeli army murdered their parents, Ali and Waad, and little siblings, Mohammad and Othman, 5 and 6, in the occupied West Bank, as they were driving in the family car going home. After soldiers killed their family, they dragged the two surviving brothers by their hair as they desperately screamed for help. The boys were forced into a Jeep, stripped naked, and beaten with metal rods. The soldiers celebrated the massacre by saying, “we killed dogs.” An ambulance nearby was not allowed to approach their family. An hour later, the two children were released and instructed to simply keep walking straight ahead. This is how the children report that their father, their mother, and their two younger brothers, were executed.
