Joe Biden didn't just pardon the members of the January 6 coverup committee for the crimes they committed as committee activities. He also pardoned them for any crimes related to the "subject matter" of January 6. This implies they may have also been responsible for January 6.

Congress must pass a law protecting January 6th political prisoners as a targeted class of American citizens whose civil rights have been systematically violated. We've endured persecution, prosecution, prison time, financial ruin, ruined reputations, destroyed careers, families torn apart, endless media lies, a fraudulent narrative in history books, and even a Capitol plaque falsely labeling us insurrectionists when not a single person was charged with insurrection. This selective political persecution must end. America demands equal justice.

The US Capitol is a public building. To close the building during normal business hours requires notifying the public. This didn’t happen.

@HatsLeaks The SCOTUS made no determination of illegal action. They clarified the scope of the obstruction charge. Only 50 were charged w/ obstruction only. Crimes did occur, and lawful congressional acts were impeded. There are other statutes, but King Trump's DOJ likely won't act on them.

@The_FJC The leak occurred under his watch. He cut the IRS budget and promoted the use of contractors (who actually leaked his returns). Had he not been the plaintiff & the respondent, his lawsuit would have been tossed. And don't forget that the returns confirmed that he is a tax cheat.
