@implausibleblog There we have it, I have always said the English are the most delusional people in Britain, and there we have proof, and the reason all the other countries that make up Britain are dumping England and will form a Celtic socialist alliance.

@joshsimonsmp is being economical with the truth. It was Iain McNicol and Emilie Oldknow who approached Corbyn’s chief-of-staff Simon Fletcher and arranged for a ‘role to be created specifically for Simons’ in Corbyn’s office. Now why would they have done that? What was that ‘specific role’ and why did McNicol and Oldknow bypass normal recruitment procedures to get Simons into Corbyn’s office? I think it’s safe to say that Simons didn’t go there with the intention of working for Corbyn in good faith and doing everything he could to help win an election for Labour. This was around the same time that Simons was forming @LabourTogether with Morgan McSweeney, @SteveReedMP @debmattinson @JonCruddas_1 @ShabanaMahmood @bphillipsonMP and @lisanandy. From the excellent work done by Paul Holden and others, we now know that Labour Together’s mission, with financial backing from Trevor Chinn, Waheed Alli et al, was to take down Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership. So was Simons operating as a Trojan Horse in Corbyn’s office? Simons worked in Corbyn’s office for approximately six months. He left to support Owen Smith’s 2016 leadership bid, ramp up Labour Together’s war on Corbyn and, later, to be part of the secret Starmer leadership team being formed months before the 2019 election. @UKLabour @joshsimonsmp

What @joshsimonsmp fails to say in this shite is that the @ehrc investigation admonshed Corbyn for *speeding up* the antisemitism complaints process. Because they had nothing else to go on. Laughable.

People are seriously going to have hopes dashed by @AndyBurnhamGM He’s no better than @Keir_Starmer, he just might be slicker at being able to deceive

Paul Hutcheon tells BBC Scotland that Scottish Labour want Andy Burnham to replace Keir Starmer because they want someone who understands devolution. So why have they spent the last two years insisting Starmer was good for Scotland when they knew he wasn't? Grangemouth could have been saved if they'd been honest.
