@BBCMOTD The rule says ‘denying an OBVIOUS goal scoring opportunity’ so apart from the fact that it is not 100% that the handball occurred because point of contact can’t clearly be seen, you have to look at the fact that he’s running away from goal and there is a covering defender.

@HiveHomeUK I have tried to set up the app. It asks me to create an account but then tells me my email is already registered so I try ‘forgotten pw’ but no verification email arrives. No help option!!! Very frustrating
