@MarkR_Donovan yeah I used both mostly cos we had very invasive kikuyu grass in the lawn so I wanted a deep and impenetrable barrier. I laid about a 15 cm layer of compressed roadbase and then mortar

laying garden edging pavers ... these are the times I miss my Dad the most. He was good at this stuff and an expert in the #lawofstraightness
