fellas i need advice: i’m trying to generally gain weight and eat more, which has been working ish. good days im hitting 3k calorie goal. but then every few days i somehow just don’t eat (busy) and end up eating like 1k calories that day. like null appetite is there some antiozempic i can take to become voraciously hungry? just make sure i run every morning? become a pot head? all suggestions welcome

At this point, this was all planned by design. Was it not? San Francisco's street crisis has gotten significantly worse. ​Listen to the guy in the wheelchair. ​He openly admits to mixing fentanyl with crystal meth right on the public sidewalk. ​These aren't locals falling on hard times. They are crossing state lines specifically to live on these streets because the dope is cheap. ​When a city willingly imports this level of self-destruction and refuses to enforce the law, you have to ask the obvious question.

San Francisco politicians and their constituents enable this suffering. They are the cause of it, because they can stop it instantly. Today, tomorrow and every one of the last 1,000 days this has happened. Fentanyl is a super drug and we should have zero tolerance for the distribution of it.
