When I started creating content, I focused primarily on the educational aspect—delivering value over everything else. Now, I'm noticing that people want to peer behind the curtain and see more personal aspects. Is that the case? What do you want to see/know?

@theChrisDo First, establish ourselves in the industry as X (focused on our work and skillset) and then open up about our struggles (story of how we got to where we are) or vice versa? What would be the consequences of sharing our mental/emotional struggles on our way to who we are BECOMING?

@theChrisDo I've been thinking about this a lot lately. You speak comfortably now about how you got to where you are in life. You share lots of personal information. Was that also the case when you started your journey? Lately, I've been thinking a lot about the best strategy.

@MaryamMobini Oh haha I was eating soup in bed and found it difficult, probably because I shouldn’t be eating soup in bed lol

Never realized how much focus is required when eating a bowl of soup. Lots of blowing, balancing your spoon just right so you don’t spill any. Timing each sip, making sure the soup isn’t too hot, isn’t too cold.

@sophiaahamed I thought that’s what you were doing. Felt meditative like slowing down the moment and really noticing every sensation.
