@Bromford Hi just a suggestion why can you not do a running balance online for your customers rent account, the old website used to do it. All I can see now is my rent goes on but I don't know what the balance, I make a payment and it's the same.

@Bromford I finally got through to someone. Here's a tip for you if you are going to outbound call customers it would be helpful to do it from a number that displays, not private as mine is set to block private/spam numbers as I'm sure a lot of people are as well.

@Bromford, you need to sort your telephone lines out. I've just spent half an hour waiting in the queue after a missed call about an emergency repair to get cut off. Your lines are shocking!! Suppose I will need to spend another half hour in a queue again 😤

@BritishGasHelp Evening can you tell me what a legacy adjustment is. Just had my statements for gas and electric, and can see one on each totalling about an additional £40.00 ish on the bills. Might seem a small amount but would be nice to get an explanation. Thanks

@Matalan Hi just wondered do all of your suitcases come with a 10 year warranty, bought just after Christmas 2022 and it is already splitting and one of the tags has come of a zip. Don't know if I have my receipt though?

Also, has your billing frequency changed as usually get mine in May and November, but just had one in March 🤔
