@Master_SeaSeo This is just basic hiring for brand teams. Staffing begins as part of pre-launch planning and I have absolutely seen instances where hires like this are made and approval is not achieved. Not saying it’s the case here but let’s not read too much into it.

These low volume swings in $QURE is nuts. Today we are up over a buck on <200,000 shares traded in almost 2 hours. Current price is a gift to anyone who has been following the stock with the catalysts that could come any day, or at the latest they will be coming THIS QUARTER. If it goes up this much on such anemic volume, what happens when we have serious buying volume? While the catalysts below are well known, I am betting that the stock will be closing >$100 at the end of this quarter. Traders can flip it for relative pennies, but I am holding on for the big paydays ahead. I believe these 3 things can happen any day but 2 of the 3 will happen before end of the quarter: UK filing US filing Trial publication, although may happen by YE 2nd qtr earnings on or about July 29 Mid to late Sept: 3-year update on additional 3 patients 4-year update on 12 patients WILDCARDS that could explode the stock and come any day: Issuance of CNPV by @FDA_KyleD. As noted, this is a true wildcard, and we have zero clue as to whether or not QURE will receive one. My personal belief is Kyle understands what went on under Makary and Prasad and may attempt to fix it to whatever extent he can. Granting a CNPV goes a long way towards that end. I also believe the CNPV program is going to be put on hold due to staffing shortages within FDA but my HOPE is AMT130 gets a voucher before that happens. Even without an actual voucher, the FDA can schedule the PDUFA in an expeditious manner. 2nd WILDCARD would be the appointment of @houmanhemmati as permanent head of CBER. While he has ties to Makary, based on everything we know, he is the polar opposite of him, and I believe he would be a great pick to lead CBER or even the FDA. The above 2 are true wildcards and pure speculation. To me, the only real risk at this point is another terrible FDA commissioner appointment. My hope is the administration has learned from its past mistakes and will not appoint anyone overly controversial. I don't believe they can because a controversial pick will never be confirmed by the senate before midterms. Know what you own and risk accordingly.
