If you’re surprised by how bad the Oilers have been in this series so far you haven’t a been paying attention. This team is not good enough. 20 shots against in the first? Can’t win a single 50/50 battle. Can’t kill a penalty. Zero defensive structure. It’s a joke. #oilers

A new motion from the UCP shows their plans to manipulate election maps to their favor without any requirement to consult the public. You deserve a free and fair democracy, it’s time to sound the alarm on Smith’s election rigging.

Filling up my truck twice a week is becoming increasingly unsustainable in this struggling economy—one that many attribute directly to years of Liberal policies. Yet every day, I'm still told that it's all Trump's fault. 🙄 What’s truly mind-boggling is how many Canadians appear completely unwilling to examine the role of our own government. There's rarely, if ever, any mention of the corruption, fiscal mismanagement, or accountability issues surrounding our Prime Minister and his administration. SMH!

You are a compulsive liar Naheed. The UCP caucus’s motion endorses the majority report and the addendum to it by the Chair, Justice Miller. The majority report, including the judge, are the ones calling for 91 seats and an adjustment of the boundaries. We know you have no interest in arriving at a map that will ensure effective representation under the Charter. You want to be able to lose the popular vote by 10 points and still win a majority. It is you that wants to rig the election - such a hypocrite.
Naheed Nenshi@nenshi

Today, Danielle Smith and the UCP caucus unveiled plans to rig the next election and silence the voices of Albertans: A new motion indicates the UCP government plans to manipulate the election maps for the next election in their favour, and without any requirement to consult the public. This has never been done in Canadian history. /1 albertandpcaucus.ca/news/post/ucp-…

BREAKING - I just received a call from a Stelco employee in Hamilton, Ontario. That person advised me that he was present when Mark Carney visited the Stelco Steel Plant in Hamilton, Ontario on March 29th, 2026. They advised that when Mark Carney was asked what he would do in the face of an Alberta Independence vote Mark Carney replied that: “There will be no Alberta Independence because I’ll invoke the Emergencies Act.” This was not reported by any mainstream media outlet who were present. It demonstrates that Mark Carney has zero respect for the rule of law, the Constitution of Canada, The Supreme Court of Canada or the Parliament of Canada. This should surprise no one. #AlbertaIndependence

If you have a degree from a fancy University, but believe: Money printing doesn’t cause inflation; Net-zero policies create prosperity ; Governments can pick winners and losers better than free markets; Then you have been badly educated. Remember, lots of world leaders with impressive degrees have inflicted great harm on their countries. Carney’s diplomas can’t cover up the fact he had a terrible tenure at the Bank of England. Or that he is giving Canada the worst economy in the G7.

🇮🇸 A passenger aircraft in Iceland reportedly flew at a very low altitude over residential houses without authorization after the captain decided to mark his retirement. According to PYOK, a Boeing 757 operated by Icelandair flying from Frankfurt to Reykjavik made a low pass over homes on the island of Vestmannaeyjar. Witnesses said their houses shook as the aircraft passed overhead. It later emerged that the captain was on his final flight before retirement and allegedly chose to perform the low-altitude flyover over his hometown area. The airline said it would take the matter seriously and reported the incident to police. The maneuver also drew criticism online, with concerns raised about the safety risks to passengers, people on the ground, and the first officer onboard.

Whoa. "...being held hostage by a handful of f*cking Indians." 1. The racist mask slips 2. @WSOnlineNews should immediately disassociate itself from @Martyupnorth These people are repugnant. The more we see, the more we cringe.

This is what a far right crash out looks like, and it’s got it ALL via the Western Standards “fact checker”… - Makes himself the victim - completely misrepresents the ruling (signatures are still allowed to be collected) - open contempt for rule of law - ends with racism

To the next generation: speak up and stand up for what you believe. More and more young Canadians are rejecting left wing politics that try to tell them what to think. They want the freedom to think for themselves, build a future, and actually get ahead. They are tired of rising costs, out of reach housing, and a system that is not working for them. In Alberta, we are fixing that with lower taxes, less government, more homes, and stronger job opportunities. I was proud to share that message with a great group of young people at the Campus Conservative Association of Calgary.
