A local music group just released a music video shot in Valleyview, and the chorus lyrics are "What would Diddy do?" They're saying it's just a "catchy line". But considering Diddy's fame & crimes, is it really possible they're THAT naive about the current optics/implications?!

Breaking: the Ontario Court of Appeal just ruled that Pat King is guilty of intimidation, reversing his acquittal on that charge, and has ordered a new sentencing hearing. The court found the original trial judge made errors in law.

The Crown won the appeal because Pat had Brian Doody represent him.
From what I heard, that guy fucked up the defense in grand fashion. A real lawyer would have won Pat's case.
Appeals are expensive and the Crown has endlessly deep pockets. Pat went with someone he thought he could afford. It cost him more in the end.
