@icametogetfunky I suggest a white noise machine. Im kinda similar where I hate absolute silence when sleeping because I HATE that I can hear EVERYTHING. Every creek of the floor, tree branch in the wind, all of it. If white doesnt work, try other colors (I use Brown noise actually)

Does anyone else sleep with earplugs in at night bc of their anxiety? (Like weirdly scared/anxious/afraid of sounds going on around in your environment) This has happened to me a few times but especially living alone in new places. It’s bad tn.😩 Took extra meds too.
