It was a #covid Christmas for us. My 9th grade daughter picked it up from a pre-Xmas friend gathering. Expected, as they are all past 6 months on double vaxx and no boost yet. Omicron is cray contagious! She had mild symptoms. I continue to test negative. Thnx #ModernaBooster!

@StephenJ_Caruso There is one element from 2020 that will never sit well with me - and while it had no impact on the presidential, it may have had an impact on a senate race. We had ballots in the same race in neighboring counties subject to different rules of eligibility. That's horrible.

Morning everyone -- the Pennsylvania House and Senate reconvene today. There's a few things I'll be keeping an eye on. To start the week tho, the House State Government Committee is meeting at 8 a.m. to ban daylight saving time in PA. (Among other things)

@ScottPaterno Of course. PA Democrats pretend that the system doesn’t need scrutiny even in the face of absurd results like the Ziccarelli race.

I have one area of serious interest: how did we have a senate race where ballots cast in one county within the district were subjected to a different standard than ballots cast in a neighboring county. Sure we can all agree that a single standard should be applied statewide.
