@LNER I have a first class ticket booked on Monday 17th @ 16.24 Darlington to Newcastle, but I'm anxious I won't make my flight. Can I use my ticket on an earlier train if I stand between carriages?

@HiveHelper Hi, I can't activate 2FA in the app. It says it is enabled but I don't receive a code when logging in and am unable to disable it in the app. I've tried looking on the community forum but am having issues there too!
