Hi RunTwitter! Thinking of buying a refurbished Woodway treadmill to get through winter (usually I stay in AZ longer)- is this a good idea? Options are 7-10 years old from a gym that was upgrading. Should I just splurge on a new one? Try a different brand? Needs to go 12.5 mph

@karagoucher @BDinPA @scottfaubs @SaraHall3 @djritzenhein I agree with Kara - 24 hrs to feel down, then take a good, hard, objective look at your training to see what you can improve and/or consult w/ a coach or your coach if you have one. A lot of times, deep down, we know what we can do better. Other times poor races are just a fluke.

@BDinPA @scottfaubs @SaraHall3 @MattLlano @djritzenhein Allow yourself to be sad for a day or two. Then start to look for the next goal or race you want to do. That's how I'd crawl out of it, when I was excited to pursue something else!!
