When Cascadia finally goes, this type of alert will give you 60 seconds of pre-warning that your life is in immediate peril, and you do whatever you can to save your self. Your life and our area will never be the same from that moment on. So if a Provincial Wide Amber Alert at 1am pissed you off so much that you need to complain on Social Media about it. I 100% mean this. GO FUCK YOURSELF!

It does get your heart going the same way a run can.

Walking isn’t the most efficient way of burning calories my issue is I overheat when I don’t want to has nothing to do with the amount of exercise

But I’ll be honest, I’m perplexed.
A lot of time was spent questioning whether we should deliver a 20% personal income tax cut.
Let’s be clear:
1. We’re Conservatives.
We believe your money is better in your pocket, not government’s.
2. Tax cuts work.
In 2001, after a decade of economic decline, B.C. cut personal income taxes by 25%.
Within a few short years, we went from last place to the strongest economy in Canada - and revenues rebounded.
3. Incrementalism won’t fix this.
The challenges facing B.C. are too big. Too urgent. Too entrenched.
If we don’t think BOLD - if we don’t act decisively - we’ll keep watching people leave and jobs disappear.
We can do better. And under my leadership, we will.

Finding players is not nearly as difficult as understanding data, creative problem solving and creating a healthy salary cap situation.
The best GMs also let the scouts do the work.

Evan Gold is clearly a smart guy and people around the league think highly of him.
But for where the Canucks are at right now, I’m not sure cap management is the superpower they need leading the way.
Finding players. Creating an identity. Rebuilding that dressing room. Getting ownership, management, scouting, development, and analytics all pulling in the same direction.
The importance of managing the cap will only really come after those things are achieved
