If Tottenham Hotspur remain in the Premier League, Alex Scott is viewed as a leading transfer target as part of a planned midfield reshuffle this summer. Despite only arriving four months ago, Conor Gallagher is among the players the club would be open to moving on. Phil Foden is also a name of interest, seen as a potential marquee, homegrown figure the club could rebuild around. There is a feeling he’s open to moving on from his boyhood club this summer. Despite the setbacks of this season, the board remain committed to transforming Spurs into a genuine powerhouse capable of competing for major honours. But words need to become actions otherwise, it just becomes delusion.

United lost that final and went balls out to change things and make a difference and are being rewarded for it. Spurs did nothing. I feared that poor Europa win would be used to paper over the cracks that started under Postacoglou and that’s what’s happened. We deserve this ..

@SpursITKhub If you’re winning you’re happier…. If it was to play football I’d have gone for Xavi but don’t think ENICs budget footballers would be able to do what he’d ask, and someone who hasn’t managed in the Premier League is always a risk

Correct decision but I’m honestly so shocked how this has all played out. Genuinely thought Frank was going to be a great appointment with experience of the league, tactical flexibility and thought he’d done well at Brentford with limited resources and that he’d be able to do better with better players but unfortunately not. Will put my hands up he was my number one choice and was unfortunately wrong.

@fullback03 Any football fan who wants their own team to lose any game is not a real fan. You should want your own team to win every game, simple as that. At the City home game a few seasons ago, fans clapping the City goal and Son miss, mental!
