Last night’s attack by the Russian Federation damaged a private medical facility in Kyiv. Our team visited the site today. Witnesses reported that 26 patients were present in the hospital at the time of the attack. One male patient was killed and at least one female patient was injured. All patients had to be transferred to other medical institutions. The attack also damaged civilian infrastructure in Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, and killed a man in his house in Fastivskyi district, Kyiv region. On 24 December, the Russian Federation carried out a series of targeted strikes on a thermal power plant in a suburb of Kharkiv city, according to local authorities. 1 civilian was reportedly killed and at least 13 people were injured.
